The Challenge
We were approached to provide corporate event security services for The Gin to my Tonic, a popular Premium Gin Festival held annually in Devon
These ticketed events have become increasingly popular, and when they needed security officers to control access and maintain security, the organisers approached us.
Our Solution
At the organisers’ request, we provided two guards:
- One guard remained outside of the event, conducting access control by checking tickets, ID and bags.
- One guard was stationed inside, keeping a general eye on the event as it ran.
- The guards also provided customer assistance by interacting with attendees and even making recommendations for stalls they should not miss out on.
Results
The event ran smoothly and with no security incidents. Providing event security services for this company, which runs a variety of events throughout the year, is now a regular occurrence for us.
